When It Happens

When It Happens
Susane Colasanti
This is an okay book. Enter Sara, looking for the perfect guy, and things she found him in Dave. Center stage Tobey, whose two main goals are to win Battles of the Bands and win Sara over. Both looking for the "real thing". I like this book mostly cause i like most books, except boring school books and stories. It keeps my attention, but is very predictable. The one thing i like about this story is that when you predict the ending you think it would stop there but it doesn't and goes on to tell a couple more chapters past the predicted ending. I like how you know both sides of the story the way the author switches from both character every other chapter. This is Susane's first book and I have read the second one called Take Me There. if you like this book, you'll like that one, because it has the same idea but different topic. It is split chapters but into three character. Will review later.

American Idol

It is the season of american idol. I know, i know, that isn't a book! Well, american idol is too crazy important to me to let this event go unwritten about. So far my favorites are MICHAEL CASTRO, Jason Castro, from last season, little brother, and Arianna (i don't know her last name), the 16 year old bluesy singer. The Bikini Girl, she sucked but noooo just because she has a bikini on she the best, ever better than Kara (NOT). Speaking of Kara D. I was nervous about her and was angry that they were adding another judge onto the panel, but now i have realized that she is a good addition to the judging panel. Well I have to go to bed now, but i will update about books and american idol on a later date.

Last Christmas

Last Christmas
Kate Brian
I know I know, i have been review Kate Brian an awful lot and the Private series, but it just when i start it i can't stop. Oh well. This is the pre-sequel/sequel i don't know of the Private series. I recommend you at least read through book 4 (confessions) before you even touch this book. It is what happened the christmas before Reed came to school. Can you even imagine? well you don't have to, just read on and you'll be on your way.

Private Series

Private Series
Kate Brian
Okay, so you know how i did a post on Privilege? Well this is the series it is based off. It is about a young student Reed Brennan, who has a broken family, but earns a scholarship to the prestigious Easton Academy in Easton, Connecticut. It is a boarding school, so all kinds of things happen. She is just happy to be out of the dumphole she used to call home. I would tell you more but that would ruin the story, and even though all my friend know me as one to ruin stories for them (guilty, i just have to tell someone about what i read!), i wouldn't do that to you.
Here are the books in the series:
Private
Invitation Only
Untouchable
Confessions
Inner Circle
Legacy
Ambition
Revelation (funny 'cause another book i wanted to buy the same month was called Revelations)
Paradise Lost ~ coming out in Febuary '09 ~
Since there are so many books out that it would take too much space on this post I will give you the link to Kate Brian's website so you can check out the book covers. Also if you have already read this series, and are waiting restlessly for the next book, because we all know that that last one was a bombshell, they have the first chapter on the site!!! Also i forbid you from clicking anything beside "the series" and "downloads", cause it will ruin the story.

Privilege

Privilege
Kate Brian
This book is very interesting, but only if you know the whole story. If you haven't read the Private series, by Kate Brian, you would be lost in oblivion. This is based off that series, so if you want to read this book, you have to read at least the first 4 books of Private and Last Christmas, a Private sequel. So I suggest that you just go ahead and read the whole Private series, and Last Christmas, before you start that one. I have a question, i know you all are wanting to know what Private is about, well should i review that series, one book at a time, or as one post? Let me know, leave me a comment.
So again this post is going to be vague so I don't ruin anything for you. Actually, I can't tell you about this one at all or it will ruin most of the Private series, and i know you want to go to your local bookstore and just read the back of Privilege just to see what it is all about, but don't. Walk away and pick up Private and pat yourself on your back knowing you did one good deed today. I know, I know, i am leaving you hanging, but it's for your own good. Just follow my instructions, and keep the earth spinning.
