Generation Dead

Generation Dead
By Daniel Waters
This book has an interesting topic, but doesn't actually fulfill my interest. In this book, dead teenagers are coming back to life but they don't need to breathe, or eat and don't sweat or talk with full control. When a goth girl, Pheobe, falls for a dead kid, everything at the high school they attend changes. It is interesting, but i would wait for it to go to soft copy because it isn't worth eighteen dollars, no offense.

Reading in Progress...

I am reading Privileged. By Kate Brian. If you want to read this one, you probably should read the Private series before. It is based on that series and goes off one of their most infamous characters, don't worry i'll write about those ones later. This weekend i have a soccer tournament so i won't be able to review another book but hopefully i'll be able to get back on track on monday or maybe even sunday, you never know. Wish me luck!
Thanks to my best friend for taking me to the movies to see Bride Wars, and i had fun with everyone else that came. Also thank you to her parents for treating me to dinner. Do you know Bride Wars is a quite the funny movie, but there is a part in the advertisement trailer that shows a bedazzled dress and that doesn't occur in the movie.

Artichoke's Heart

Artichoke's Heart
Suzanne Supplee
I know, I know, what is up with me and Suzannes as authors? Well i don't know, it's a coincident? Anyway, This is a really sweet book. The main character, Rosemary Goode has fought the fight that fight most American's today. Obesity. She's tired of her relatives bagging on her to loose weight and tired of being teased by the Bluebirds (if you read the book, you'll find out what i am talking about). Having not enough friends (none) and too much food, her life begins to turn around. It is a sweet book and really easy to read, you'll find yourself smiling at and pushing Rosie on.

The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games
by Suzanne Collins
This is one of my absolute favorite book. It has suspense, romance, and everything that makes a story a great one. It was capturing from the start. Placed in the future, what used to be the U.S. is run by a dictatorship. After a rebellion occurs, the "Capitol" created a way to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Once a year, they have the annual Hunger Games where a boy and a girl from each district (12) between the ages of 12 and 18 gets pick to participate in a reality television show where they fight to the death. I would spend a thousand pages describing the story, but that would ruin the story for you. And you need to read the book. I could spend thousand of pages of telling you how much i love this book, but i am too lazy to do that. So i have two words for you. READ IT. NOW. Okay that was three but who cares. Out of five stars, i give it ten.

The Beginning

I just started this blog today. I plan to write how i feel about book i read. Confide to my blog to get opinions about books to read. Not to boast, but i usually pick good books to read. Also you might be wondering about my blog name. Well when i read books, i imagine them in my mind, the characters, the settings, the plot. It plays out in my head just .. like.. a .. movie. Makes sense now? Also this is my new project to educate the world that there are books to read and many of them that are worth reading. So this is my blog, and i hope you enjoy it.
